Over the last 5 years we have identified varieties which can be grown in the UK rather than grow them in Central Europe or in some cases Asia and the USA. This has had a significant impact for us and reduced food miles for many of our products. gbs continue to research ways to improve the Life Cycle Analysis of our products. We have also invested in processing equipment with some of the most sophisticated and in some cases the only machinery capabilities within the UK. |

The new company embraced the changing world of agriculture and is now marketing seeds into a wide range of markets including wild bird feed, ingredients for pet foods and producing seeds for human consumption.
